Grier Ferguson's primary areas of practice are personal injury, business and commercial, wills and estate administration and real estate. After graduating from law school from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, he has practiced continually with his current law firm. Mr. Ferguson was born and reared in Suffolk, Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in political science, from East Carolina University. Mr. Ferguson is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar and the Suffolk Bar Association (former President).
Frank M. Rawls

Frank M. Rawls' primary areas of practice are personal injury, business and commercial, wills and estate administration and real estate. After graduating from law school from the University of Virginia in 1977, he has practiced continually with his current law firm. Mr. Rawls was born and reared in Suffolk, Virginia. He received his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in History, from Hampden-Sydney College. Mr. Rawls is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia State Bar and the Suffolk Bar Association (former President), and the Christian Legal Society.
Frank is married Sally Rawls and they have three sons, Matthew C. Rawls, a member of the law firm, Stephen Rawls, and Michael Rawls. Frank is an active member and serves as an elder at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church in Suffolk.
Randolph Alexander Raines, Jr.

Mr. Raines focuses on the field of general litigation with over five years of courtroom experience. His primary practices in the litigation field are as follows: personal injury; worker's compensation; employment law; and criminal defense. He was born and raised in York County, Virginia. For his undergraduate degree, B.A. in Political Science, he attended East Carolina University and graduated from Christopher Newport University. He also received a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law. Mr. Raines is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Suffolk Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He presently serves as the circuit representative of the Virginia State Bar, Young Lawyers Conference.
Arthur C. Bredemeyer

Arthur Bredemeyer focuses on the fields of Elder Law, Trusts, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Guardianships/Conservatorships. In 2003, after a 20 year career as an Air Force Judge Advocate, he joined the firm. He earned an undergraduate degree from Illinois College in 1980 and a Juris Doctor Degree from Washburn University in 1983. He also earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters in Tax Law from the College of William and Mary. Arthur is the current Secretary/Treasurer for the Suffolk Bar Association. In addition, he serves as the Chairperson for the Suffolk Airport Commission and was appointed by the Governor as a Commissioner on the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD). Arthur is licensed in Virginia and Kansas.

Rebecca R. Habel's primary areas of practice are domestic relations and family law, collections and real estate. After graduating from law school from the College of William and Mary in 1975, she has practiced continually with her current law firm. Mrs. Habel was born and reared in Suffolk, Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree, a B.A. in History, from Randolph-Macon Woman's College. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar (and Family Law Section), the Suffolk Bar Association (former President), and the Virginia Women Attorneys Association.
