Rebecca R. Habel's primary areas of practice are domestic relations
and family law, collections and real estate. After graduating
from law school from the College of William and Mary in 1975,
she has practiced continually with her current law firm. Mrs.
Habel was born and reared in Suffolk, Virginia. She received her
undergraduate degree, a B.A. in History, from Randolph-Macon Woman's
College. She is a member of the Virginia State Bar (and Family
Law Section), the Suffolk Bar Association (former President),
and the Virginia Women Attorneys Association.
